The Couple and Their Decision to Elope in the Redwoods National Forest
When they first reached out, Alexis and Ben said they wanted to plan a quiet elopement day outdoors surrounded by nature and lots of greenery! Being from Northern California, the first place that came to my mind was the Redwoods National Forest. This forest in Northern California provides lots of easy trails to hike and there are lots of secluded areas that are perfect for elopement ceremonies!
From a Sweet First Look To Exchanging Vows Under the Redwood Trees, this Is How To Elope In the Northern California Redwoods Adventurously
The day started out with Alexis and Ben getting ready at the Ritz Carlton Hotel in San Francisco. They both got ready in separate rooms and then came together for their first look. Just seeing their smiling, happy faces was such a beautiful experience and was one of my favorite moments of the whole day.
After they finished getting ready, we drove down together to the Redwoods forest in Northern California for their elopement ceremony. Beneath the shelter of the redwood trees, Alexis and Ben exchanged their vows. Afterward, they celebrated by cutting the cake and popping champagne to celebrate their marriage.
Alexis and Ben, thank you for trusting me and inviting me to be a part of your story. I miss you both and hope we can reunite again someday!
